TERMS OF SERVICE - THE 3 JUNKATEERS

By requesting a quote or booking a job with The 3 Junkateers ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms.
1. QUOTES
Quotes are free estimates based on the information and photos you give us. The final price is confirmed on site before work begins, after we see the items or job in person. You can decline the final price before we start at no charge.
2. SCHEDULING
We'll work with you to pick a date and time. Arrival times are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, or earlier jobs. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Someone with authority to approve the work should be available at the start of the job.
3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS
You confirm that you own the items we remove, or have the legal right to have them removed and disposed of. Please remove anything you want to keep before we arrive. Once items are loaded, we are not responsible for returning them.
4. NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, paint, solvents, fuel, oil, asbestos, medical waste, or other materials restricted by law. Please tell us about any such items before the job. We may refuse any item we believe is unsafe or illegal to haul.
5. LIGHT DEMOLITION ONLY
Our demolition work is limited to light demolition, such as interior home demolition, shed demolition, and AC unit removal. We do not demolish whole buildings (other than sheds) or perform heavy-equipment demolition. You are responsible for telling us about utilities, wiring, plumbing, or structural concerns in the work area, and for obtaining any permits or approvals required for the job unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. ACCESS AND PROPERTY
You agree to give us safe, clear access to the items or work area. We take reasonable care on your property, but we are not responsible for normal wear on driveways, lawns, floors, or walkways from carrying out items, or for damage caused by hidden conditions we were not told about.
7. PAYMENT
Payment is due when the job is complete unless we agree otherwise.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any damage you believe we caused must be reported to us within 48 hours of job completion.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Polk County, Florida.
10. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our website applies.
